These are on all the time the car's on, so they go out quite often. On the Accord, the clock assembly pries out and it's pretty easy to change the bulb, but The Odyssey is a job. I think the mechanic's "book" estimates it a 2-hour job, so most customers just learn to live with it. BAD customer service from the FACTORY, IMHO, if they have to make it so hard to replace, they should use LED's. BTW, the good news is that you *can* do it yourself - and you *can* use LED's! http://www.odyclub.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23429
The clock light is an integral part of the clock and is not replacable by itself
I looked it up one time... you have to pretty much remove the entire dashboard... that is why it costs so much to have it done at the dealer.

There is no back light for the clock. The clock numbers are actually LED's - there is no way to replace them - the entire clock will have to be replaced.
That means time to change transmission
