what about the low beam?
change low beam lite in 1999 suburban
A fair number of parts will be compatible. Some will not be - for example, if you want to put a 98+ front end on a 94 - 97 Blazer, you'll need the core support from a 98+ Blazer, Jimmy, Bravada, S10, or S15. If you have sealed beam headlights (most commonly seen on 2WD 94 - 97 models), you'll need the wiring harnesses for the lights, as well.
There'll be an indicator light on the dash which comes on when the high beam circuit is energized.
pull up on the 2 slide tabs on top of light assembly, assembly will come out so as to change bulbs.
u have to take the hole thing apart to get to a small screw to take the switch out

The low beam filamint in your headlight bulbs probably popped. Try changing you headlight bulbs
On a 1999 Chevy Blazer, the high beam headlights are located within the headlight assembly at the front of the vehicle. To activate the high beams, push the turn signal lever away from you, which is typically positioned on the left side of the steering column. If you're looking to replace the bulbs, you'll need to access the headlight assembly from the engine compartment or through the wheel well, depending on the specific configuration.
