If the Cutlass you have has an Olds engine in it now then the transmission will bolt right up to the Pontiac engine. If it's a Chevy engine you'll need a B.O.P. transmission. You will need to change the motor mount location. Depending on the year of the Cutlass it may actually have the bolt holes drilled in the frame for the Pontiac engine mounts. For reference, find an older Grand Prix with a Pontiac 301 engine. This will have the correct mounts and location. You will also have to change the exhaust head pipe locations.
