Disconnect the wire, unscrew it, put in the new one, connect the wire. It's really that simple. The hard part (for some vehicles) is finding it and getting a wrench on it. The O2 sensor is on the exhaust manifold, just before the head pipe. There are usually 2 for "V" configuration engines.
