First, you must do this with a cold engine or you could damage your valves.
Remove the black plastic plate covering the engine.
Undo the 10mm bolts holding on the spark plug boots.
Tug out the plug wires by the boot, never tug the wires!
The plugs are deep, remove spark plugs using a spark plug socket attached to an extension.
Apply anti-seize to the new spark plugs.
Place new spark plugs by holding the extension in hand, do not use a wrench! Slowly and gently begin screwing in the new spark plugs, careful not to cross-thread. If you feel any resistance, unscrew the plug and try again.
Then replace bolts and cover. Done!
