they say 3.1 Mbps link speed but in actual they are giving 0.5 to 1 Mbps link speed.
The units which you have given needs some correction. Computer's processor speed is indicated in MHz (Mega Hertz) or GHz (Giga Hertz). 1GHz has 1000 MHz. Based on this understanding you can see which computer speed is faster. The units Mbps indicates Mega Bits Per Second.
