timing belt
According to the Gates website : The 2004 Lexus ES330 , 3.3 liter V6 : Has a timing BELT , it is NOT an interference engine , change the timing belt at 90,000 miles
The 2005 Lexus ES330 uses the 3MZ-FE Toyota V6 engine, which has a timing belt.
On a 2004 Lexus ES 330 : The timing belt would be under a cover on the end of the engine that faces towards the passenger side of the vehicle
The RX 350 has a Timing chain, not a belt. (The 330 had a belt). With proper care and maintenance on your engine, it should last a long long time... but I would plan to replace @ 150,000. It will eventually wear out..
How do you remove gas cap for 2004 Lexus RX 330?
The difference is in the engine 330 is bigger than 350'
A lexus rx 330 2005 uses toyota atf type t-iv fluid
It depends on the dealer. I had two quotes one for $330 and other for $550 including the timing belt.
Most likely you need an oil change. That light comes on every 5000 or 7500 miles.
To let you know the system is armed.
I have one. What did you need to know?
