Open the engine hood so you can see the turn signal/parking light assembly and using a flat blade screwdriver and push the retaining blade, between the headlight lens and the parking light lens, sideways, to allow the turn signal/parking light housing to slide forward. It may take some coaxing, as dirt has probably built up on the two guide slides. There is also a rubber grommet that is holding a centering pin in the back. Keep working the housing back and forth, it will come out. Once the housing is out far enough, twist the bulb socket 90 degrees and pull out socket and bulb.

Don't let shops tell you they have to take out the entire headlight assembly, as they did me. I replaced the bulb at home in ten minutes.
