let the engine cool down if hot, protection for eyes, proper tools, open hood remove screws, once apart clean off /remove old gasket ,clean both the cover/block.apply gasket maker high temp/oil resistant/then apply gasket carefully make sure it lines up properly then start to tighten down bolts not too tight at first leave room to adjust to fit /allign the bolts tighten to specific manufacture requirements.
It is molded into the head cover.
To change the valve cover gasket on a 2004 Suzuki Forenza, first, disconnect the battery and remove any components obstructing access to the valve cover, such as the air intake or ignition coils. Unbolt the valve cover and gently lift it off, taking care not to damage any surrounding components. Remove the old gasket, clean the surfaces thoroughly, then place the new gasket in position. Reassemble by reversing the disassembly steps, ensuring all bolts are torqued to the manufacturer's specifications.

I think it is located in the engine compartment, not on the gas tank.
the pcv is on the drivers side valve cover towards the back of the valve cover.
The PCV valve is built into the inside of the valve cover. In rare instances, they can malfunction, resulting in excessive oil consumption and spark plug fouling. The PCV hose itself can become soft and mushy over time, and can get holes in it, resulting in higher than normal idle speeds.
depending on which motor you have 2.0 in the valve cover 2.5 at the rear of the drivers valve cover
