1. Press "B" so it goes onto the screen with the time.

2. Press "C + A"

3. Press "A" till you get the right number, then press "B" to go to the next. Soon you will have the correct time.

To change the date, you screw the dial towards you and pull out. The first pull will change the date and the second you will here a tiny "click". The second one changes the time.
