First you click the start button,
next you click your current picture,
then it just takes you to the picture you want to select!

If a computer user is set up to have a login via password there is no way to change that unless you login and manually disable that.
You need to login in order to view the picture. The picture is stored inside the Gmail account. You need to know where in the mail is the picture stored.
>Login >My Profile >Appearance >Upload your own photo >browse your picture >select your picture >upload >your done!
When scanning a picture it can change images into codes for input to the computer.

When you first login, there will be a little button saying CHANGE PICTURE on the left hand side. Click on it. Voila!
First Login Then, Where It Says Your Username on The Top Right Hand Corner- Click On the Arrow.. And Then Click On Account And Then, it comes as Overview and click on change picture and browse- for your own pictures and VOILA!
You can only do it by computer
If it is a BIOS password, there is usually a button inside the computer you can press if not that you can remove the CMOS battery and that clears it back to default. If it is a login password, you can use a password reset disk to change your password again at login or you can have a administrator login and change it for you.
