there is a plug that looks like a bold under the car by the torqe converter car must be level and at operating temp then while running get under it remove plug if fluid runs out its full if not got to the top fill though the vent cap by the fuse block until fluid runs out of the plug under the car when its starts to drip out its full put the plug back in and vent cap back on and your done your owners maual dose not tell you how to do this i work at a local gm dealer ship and also own a cobalt
