The easiest way is to clip CheckSpark on the wire and turn the engine over. Green light , means all is good, yellow means spark is high, Indicating a bad plug or wire, Red means no spark at all, flashing red means low spark indicating flooded condition or fouled plug . You will see wires right on top of the motor. You can easily follow these wires to the spark plugs.

The spark plug gap, on your 1994 Honda, is .013. Most spark plugs will come pre-gapped from the spark plug manufacturer.

You need to check for spark, if no spark check for loose electrical connections or test the ignition, check for full pressure, if no pressure check the fuse , if fuse checks good then check the relay, IF IS MORE THAN THAT, OBD II DIAGNOSTIC TEST WILL DETERMINE THE CAUSE TO YOUR PROBLEM.
