Turn the fuel on and then take the gas hose that connects to the carberator off and if it leaks gas then the caberator should be receiving it
First of all it does not have a carburetor. It is fuel injected. You need to check the fuel pressure with a gauge.

Check the air filter, is it clogged? If so, this could be one reason. Check the venting of the fuel tank. A fuel tank without a vent will act like a vacuum to stop fuel flow. Mostly venting is done through the fuel tank cap. A lot of dirt around it could have clogget it. Clean fuel tank cap and opening with gasoline or kerosene or white spirit.
