All Release Series tCs have a plaque mounted on the dash below the center vents that says which RS it is and which number it is (shown as "45 of 2600" for example).
Each Release Series had it's own unique color:
RS 1.0 - Absolutely Red
RS 2.0 - Blue Blitz Mica
RS 3.0 - Blizzard Pearl
RS 4.0 - Galactic Gray Mica
If your car is not one of those colors and does not have the plaque it is not a Release Series, it is a regular Scion tC.
2008 Scion Xb does not have a factory sunroof or moonroof option. There after -market options from third-party suppliers like Webasto and Inalfa. Some Toyota dealers will even arrange for installation, but always check how this type of modification might affect your warranty. The only one come with sunroof is the xb 2008 release series 5 gold rush and they make only 1,500 in the US

Check consumer reports, edmunds.com, or other locations for a more specific answer. I would purchase the Scion over a Mitsubishi, the Scion is a Toyota product. Really you cant go wrong with a Toyota. ANSWER: Every other car on the market today
One could try their local Scion tC dealership which can normally be found in newspapers or auto related magazines. Online one could check AutoTrader, Aol Autos, and eBay.
The ABA number is the routing number for your checking account with your bank. The ABA number will be located at the bottom of your check on the left side. It is a nine digit number series.
Check in the glove compartment, on the floor to the left of the driver's seat, and on the dashboard.
As far as I'm told, you don't. 2006 Scion Xa's came with a tray where the filter would go, but there is no "Cabin Filter" for this vehicle. According to two of my Toyota/Scion dealers, though a filter might be made to fit, doing so would restrict the air flow because the vehicle air/venting system is designed to work without one. You can check with your Scion dealer, but this is what I was told when I was unable to find a cabin filter's at the parts stores and later, Scion parts itself.
check the gas cap or the intake filter...
4 qts. with oil filter replacement. (always check level after filling and starting engine.)
