They come in various sizes. Big Red, a name often applied to red haired Amazonian women, is about six feet tall, (~2 metres.) Strong upper arms about the same size as a man's. A strong thick neck below a noble head not unlike that of a very large dog. The ears are erect and the eyes large and inquisitive guided by the nose.

It has a strong prominent chest and a body that spreads the lower it get with menacing feet about 18 inches long. (500mm) The tail is thick near the body and tapers to a point out behind and is about a +metre long. ((~3+ feet) Don't get close to Big Red unprotected.

If they are red it would be called a rusty red but most are gray. There are many half sized version of this and there are rock wallabies that are all miniaturized version of Big Red. Evolution has been very busy in spreading the sizes of the whole of the marsupial family but turning the pouch upside down in the digging marsupials takes the cake.
