There's really no exact way to clean your Converse, but how I've always done it is like this. Pull out the laces first, put Converse in washing machine, yes, washing machine. Use very warm/ hot water, a scoop of detergent, and a scoop of Oxy Clean. Put on medium cycle depending how dirty they are. That's it. When done pull them out and set them in a breezy place to dry. Pull the tongue all the way out and smooth out the canvas with hands and Reshape them, let dry usually overnight. The laces, I usually soak separately in a bowl of hot water and a spoon of detergent and a spoon of Oxy Clean . Let them soak till waters cool then squeeze em , rinse em repeat with soak if you need em whiter . The Converse will feel a little tighter the first time till they stretch back quickly.
yes. I have. but it makes the shoe yucky. you are just better off buying a pair of white converse.
Put them in the washing machine without anything else in there P.S. GO KATY PERRY
I put them in the washer:) This might take away the yellow. I've done this when mine get yellow.
We should keep our home clean.
yes, propane is clean
in some stores theres a material shoe cleaning to clean high top converse or low top converse or any other swade shoe. its called swade cleaner but what ever you do dont put water on it. :)
Clean it ?
Throw them in the washing machine ALONE.
Most converse shoes can be washed in the washing machine, such as canvas Chuck Taylor's. Other converse may need a suede or nu buck cleaner to take out stains and maintain the shoe's looks.
Throw it in the washer do NOT put it in the dryer it will ruin it so you have to wait till it drys naturally.
