Like you would clean any other disk. Use a glass cleaning agent, special disc cleaner, soapy water or rubbing alcohol and use a soft dry cloth to clean it then dry it. Paper towels can scratch the surface.

∙ 13y agoyou get tooth paste with NO crystals and rub the tooth paste on the scratched spots and make sure you go outward. the rub it off outwards then rinse it.
BE EXTREMELY CARFUL NOT TO GO IN CIRCLES GO OUTWARD!!!

∙ 12y agoput rubbing alchohal on a clean & folded paper towel and rub in a circular motion on game disk and rinse with water and completely dry with a new folded paper towel and iw will most likely work.

∙ 11y agoGet rubbing alchohal put it in a spray bottle (you know like those windex bottles) and spray it on the disk and wipe it in a DOWNWARD manner with cloth and ya thats it.... or u can just buy disk cleaner at GameStop or somewhere

∙ 15y agoFirsy get anything that cleans stuff like discs. Like a small cloth that won't scratch or a alochol wipe and put your finger in the middle of the game and start cleaning.

There are several possibilities to my knowledge... 1. Your disc is scratched or dirty - try cleaning it if this is the case 2. Your GameCube's lens might be dirty - clean it gently with a Q tip (might not always work).
