If it's indoors You can use a damp mop every once in a while, but once it gets a little dirty (spill) it may be necesary to use a shop vacum (wet and dry vacum) pour some water on it and scrub it using a bristle brush and vacuming the excess water at the end this is my line af work.
I do not recommend using a damp mop unless it has truly has got all the water completely wrung out of it.
We vacuum our pebble tech floors weekly and semi annually get in and really clean them well.
We vacuum, then use a carpet steam cleaner, if you can get one with a brush that is best. Use simple green as a cleaner or an antibacterial non sudsy product.
If the floor is especially dirty, we use a long handled brush to help the steam cleaner along, let it sit for 15 minutes or so and then rinse, rinse, rinse. Being careful to not allow any excess water soak into other areas, like the living room carpet. Suck as much water out of the floor as possible because it can smell funky if you don't get that water out.
Give it a good scrubbing
Give it a good rinsing
Give a good 'dry' run with the steam cleaner to soak up any excess water
Best of luck!
If you drop soap on the ground, the soap is dirty AND the floor is clean.
Floor scrubbers, particularly automatic ones, are usually not designed for general consumer use. They mainly clean light debris, dust, oil and grease off floors.

A 10-20% solution of muriatic acid and bristle brush will clean the pebble tech. Be careful, the acid will burn if it comes in contact with skin or eyes. By 10% I mean 1 part acid to 9 parts cold water. Always add acid to water not water to acid due to unwanted thermal reaction.
brush it with a strong solution of acid, Becarefull for your eyes ETC and then hose it down.

pressure wash or clean the pebble floor really good, let it dry completely. Using a 2 part epoxy, (follow instructions on how to mix) Roll it over the stone using a 1" nap roller the same way that You would paint a wall, is better to apply on warm weather.
