You can do it a few different ways, one is by taking Niacin, take it at night because it can make your skin burn, so take 2 to 3 pills before bed. Another way is a bit more complicated, but it works well and doesn't really cost anything. So basically you are going to make a detox tea by going outside and finding dandelions (the yellow flowers that appear in your grass, they are actually a weed). Once you find a few you need to dig them up because its the root you want and remember the root can go very far down in the dirt so this will require some hard labor. Once you have collected a good amount of dandelion root (about half of a cup) your going to chop it up and boil it in about 2 cups of water for 2 hours (make sure to keep a lid on the pot or it will totally evaporate). Drink about a quarter cup twice a day, fare warning its not going to taste great at all, but it doesn't cost you anything and it works.
