Your AC drain line is clogged
the rear ac drain is right under the ac unit in rear driver side of van. my 1996 g-10 conversion van had a clear tube that was clogged, and leaked out in the rear soaking the carpet. just remove the clear tubing, clean it out and replace. i dont know about the front.
Under the passenger (right) side of the dashboard, look at the evaporator housing. Towards the lower right forward corner of the housing. Loosen the hose and slip in a flexible wire and run it through the drain hose to clear any obstructions.
There are 3-4 drains on the under side of the frame on each side. These can become clogged from leaves and mud and other things. When they get clogged water cannot escape and can enter the cabin. Clear these drains and water will come out of the frame. I used a thin nail and a plastic zip tie.
The condensation drain is located under the vehicle at the bottom of the a/c box on the firewall. there is an "udder" there that is the drain. usually becomes clogged with leaves and such after winter. squish the udder and it will drain (wear a raincoat)
If your engine is not to clogged up. Some cleaner will help clean them out. If you are doing regular oil changes. They should stay open. Under the worst conditions. The engine will have to be torn down and cleaned in a vat or buy hand.

Did you check to see if the A/C drain hose is clogged. You can sometimes use a hanger and clear the hose.
