wow its simple really if u have whiteheads or blackheads pop them, then take a hot clothe and lay it on the open pimples, next wash your face with ivory soap and use a toner like umm witch hazel
it cleans the skin w/o stripping it. after that then please put toothpaste on the popped pimples. only for 20 min and by the morning you should see a huge difference in your face. with this drink plenty of water to cleanse your system. tooth paist does dry you skin very badly so if you have bad skin you should not do this and if ur spot are not that bad cause you will mess up ur skin.
