go to the graveyard after dark, you have to catch the actual ghosts(the ones that are like transparent sims, not the spirits that look like halloween ghosts)
You must complete the "Just Nine Lives to Live" mystery and have at least 165,000 dollars when you move(it's best to save up money to edit the stuff because the house is really outdated, the first room you should edit is the kitchen and, if you don't have a baby, change the baby room into a cat and dog room.)
The mystery gift option is already at your disposal. Unlike in Diamond and Pearl, you already have the mystery gift option. Before accessing your save file, just scroll down to the mystery gift option.

First do all the levels in the first row. When you complete 8 levels, you unlock the first mystery level. The first mystery level is called the survival mode. Then keep going. When you completed 15 levels, you unlock the second mystery level. The second mystery level is called the relax mode. In relax mode, you can never lose! Then keep going with the levels. If you have completed level 20, you completed the game! Just a reminder;level 18 is one of the hardest levels.

Just the word "journal" is a noun, and therefore doesn't have a tense. Journal has come into use as a verb but it has not made it into the dictionary as a verb. I recommend the phrase 'made a journal entry' or 'wrote a journal' if you want to be correct.
Anyone that is willing to be complete selfless and devote their lives to just causes, helping other people, and that stands up for morality.
Nothing is in the mystery zone, just a huge, empty void of darkness.
