There is no way to finish skyrim. There is always something to do. The dark brotherhood will have a quest or the companions or the thieves guild. and although it may not seem heroic, you are a hero. But you must be hated to save skyrim. You're the hero skyrim deserves, but not the one it needs right now.
If you're talking about how to get Hjerim, it is just to complete the Blood on the Ice Quest.
If you're talking about how to upgrade everything in the house, it is just to talk Jorleif (The Steward in Windhelm) and buy the upgrades.

You can complete the main quest with the Empire and Stormcloaks but there is no "beating" Skyrim. Quests are constantly generated by the game.
It is called Hjerim and can be located by heading left after entering the city through the main gate. Take the first right and continue onwards through the graveyard, then into the noble estate district where Hjerim can be found.
It comes out on 11/11/11 and the complete name is TheElder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Your question is hard to understand, so I'll answer it best I can. If you are referring to the house in general, it is empty because nobody lives there, but you can buy it if you want from the steward. If you are referring to the secret room behind the cupboard, that was where the butcher was experimenting on his victim. Hopefully this helped, but next time be more thorough with the question.
You have to complete main quest: dragon rising
Complete the companions quest line. The last mission is where you will be able to turn.
Skyrim is a 15.
Das Skyrim.
Go to jail, pay them off or try to complete missions with a bounty. (Which is near impossible)
Skyrim has come out as a 15.
Skyrim is on PC, PS3 and Xbox360.
"Sons Of Skyrim"
No. Dragonborn needs Skyrim to run
