Switch the guitar on...press some buttons...if does not work press connect button on receiver then repeat. =]
you gotta buy the wireless pack and it will come with a censor that you connect to the controller slot...
.then... ROCK OFF!!!!!!
Press the PS-button on your gh guitar. Remember to input batteries into it though
There's no way to fix the receiver for your guitar but you can try to connect your guitar to the console by plugging the receiver into the port and then turning on the console. The guitar and receiver should connect on their own.
Plug it in
First turn the guitar on and then connect it to the wireless receiver
You just plug in the receiver in Port 1. Then you turn on your PS2 and the Guitar and it's receiver will connect by them self..
depends what console you have, it it is a wii then you can put in the wii remote into the controller, but if it is ps3 or xbox then you need a signal receiver that you plug into the console, it also depends what guitar you have
connect the wireless adapter to the ps2 controller slot
it depends if you get it wireless
I don't know whether you have the same difficulty as I did in the beginning, but maybe this will help. The Guitar Hero Guitar controller is unlike the wireless XBox 360 controllers when it comes to connecting. You have to press the connect button on your console (its marked with a small pattern that looks kind of like the WiFi sign), and then press and hold the connect button on your guitar controller (its located on the outer ridge close to where the start buttons is) while the green lights around the power button on your console flashes. Just repeat this until a green light stands still both on the console and your controller. Another problem I picked up is that if you start up your console with a normal remote, whether it is wired or wireless, the console recognizes the controller as the primary controller meaning that it would only take input from your guitar as the secondary controller in two player mode whether that be Co-op Career or Battle mode. I hope this sorts out your problem. If it doesn't your guitar is probably faulty.
Yes.. As long as they're both for the correct console you can use them.
There are wireless guitar 1/4 inch cables, which you simply connect at both sides like wireless microphones. Acoustic guitars are wireless, sort of, but since they don't use amplifiers anyway they shouldn't need wires. A wireless guitar that goes to an amplifier without plugging anything into the guitar might exist, but you would have to plug something in to the amplifier that connects to a transmitter built into the guitar's body, or something along those lines.
accessories will work on any console and vice versa.
No, you can use the guitar hero 3 controller, which is wireless, for guitar hero two
