I am an IRS seasonal employee and have not yet received my W2. We are supposed to receive them before January 31.

Sure. You must have the information though. (And as I write this at the end of Jan., any W2s are required to be mailed by 1/31 and should be received within the next day or so.) In fact, even if you don't receive a W2, you MUST report the income and such. Not receiving a tax form is NOT an excuse for not reporting. If you are filing electronically, normally you send the W2s later anyway...wait till you receive them. If your filing by paper, just provide a page indicating what you suspect the missing W2 is, and send it when received. In any case, if it turns out the W2 has info different than what you used, you will have to amend the return to reflect it.

Yes, if you receive money from a W2 form, it means you are an employee who receives wages or salary from an employer and taxes are withheld from your paycheck.
W2 income is pay that you have received from an employer who has taken taxes out during the year. You will receive a W2 at the end of the year so that you can complete your yearly taxes.

No, you cannot save a W2 form for next year. Each year, you will receive a new W2 form from your employer for that tax year.
