If LP orifices were not shipped with the appliance contact your dealer to order them. The conversion set should come with instructions for changing the orifices and for switching the regulator from natural to LP. Look for a small bag or envelope affixed to the back panel of the appliance and read the manual for conversion information pertaining to your unit.

You cap the gas pipe and run 8/3 electric cable to the location if it's fairly close. Install it in an outlet box for range plugs. If you are not familiar with electricity, hire an electrician.
A gas stove can run on either natural gas or propane, while a propane stove specifically uses propane as its fuel source.
Yes, you can run an electric stove off a generator, but it may require a generator with a higher wattage capacity to handle the stove's power requirements. Make sure to check the stove's wattage and the generator's capacity before attempting to power the stove.
Electricity.
You have a gas stove and want to convert that stove into an electric stove? Maybe it could be done, but at what cost to you?Disconnecting the gas pipes and installing new electric elements, and changing all the wires on a stove that was made to run on gas would prove to be VERY expensive. In fact it is not a good idea because it would cost you much less to buy a good secondhand or new electric stove AND have the right wiring installed to power it.If you really want to use an electric stove, first call a licensed gas fitter to remove the existing gas stove and make the gas pipe safe. Then call a licensed electrician to install a new power circuit for you, with the right size circuit breakers, the right size wiring and a new outlet to power an electric stove.Any field wiring changes to equipment or appliances will void the Underwriters Laboratory and CSA seal of approved equipment. Connection of this type of modified equipment has been known to null and void insurance policies .
You may be able to get away with powering a natural gas stove or LPG stove on this wattage because it doesn't use heavy amperage to pull the surface ignitor to 1200 degrees or to run the sparkers which are only lit momentarily, however on an electric stove you would need 1000 watts or 3000 watts if you're trying to use a power converter off a 12v battery or something of that nature. It's probably not a good idea. You need a good 220 outlet for an electric stove.
The best model of electric stove depends on what you are looking for in an electric stove. Some are more energy efficient and will save you money in the long run but might cost more to obtain.
Commercial kitchens pretty much universally use gas. They do this for many reasons, but if it wasn't more cost effective some of them would use electric ranges. So long as gas price stay in the same are they're in now gas will be cheaper.
An electric oven must be on a dedicated circuit. Unless you already have a 220 Volt circuit available, you will have to run a wire from the fuse panel to the stove. Call a licensed electrician.
