first off, she may not want you to because of your age. your parents know best if you are ready to handle a relationship, so what they say will be best to follow

if you are serious about being in a relationship, you must show your mom/dad that they can trust you. trust is such an important thing to have. do this by following curfew, finishing homework, getting the best grades you can, and helping around the house

your mom will take notice of this and definitely consider you having a boyfriend

While this answer is sound, it may not always work. I'm almost 20 years old, and while I have dated in the past, it goes without saying that I'm not permitted to now. I have made no grave mistakes in the past that would lead to this, I only assume now that I'm older, my parents are clinging tighter for fear of losing their oldest child. Every time I attempt to date, or even mention someone I like, I get a long list of everything that's wrong with them, sometimes a bit of name calling (them calling the person names, I mean) is involved also. It's to the point now where it's almost amusing... I don't know, unfortunately, I have no advice to offer as I myself am in the same boat. It's a bit sad for someone my age, I know.

Try telling them that you really like this person and that you think you have a chance im sure your parents are decent people theyll under stand just tell them the truth its always better then lying.

actually this is a terrible move, if you still need your parents permission chances are you will not end up with whoever you want to take on said date. you need to question their parenting skills in relation to how they raised, 'how could they not trust you after having done such a good job raising you'

Well my parents dont let me date yet, But a thing to tell them is : " Mom/Dad , He/she is just a person i can really connect with he/she makes me feel really happy when im with him/her, he/she is just a person i injoy spending my free time with. I know That im young(If u are) But i know whats right and whats wrong about relationships, and i promise u i will be safe and responsible with him/her"
