Where do you learn staff skill in wow?

For Alliance: Woo Ping is a level 50 weapon master located in the Trade District at Weller's Arsenel (coords 63, 69) in the human city of Stormwind. He teaches the skill to wield the following: * Crossbow * Daggers * One-handed swords * Two-handed swords * Polearms * Staves

Currently, there is no way to craft staffs in World of Warcraft. You can craft other weapons if one of your professions is Blacksmithing, and you can craft low level wands if your an enchanter,l but you can not craft staffs yet.

Staffs (or staves) are more or less just stat sticks and not really meant to be used as a melee weapon, although you can auto attack with them. They are meant to increase the primary and secondary stats of the character, like intellect, stamina, agility, crit, hit, haste and things like that. If you want to auto attack, you can just right click the mob and it will autoattack, but it wont do a heck of a lot of damage.
