The first option is to go and see a chiropractor. He deals with backs but it will be a temporary relief because chiropractors cannot heal/fix the under lying damage. Resting or doing nothing is the worst possible thing to do. The "best" option is to learn to fix it your self while the theory/information part is simple the practical application is neither easy or fun, but it is effective.
