i was wondering this when i had a sleepover with my friend and she started doing this, i told her to go into the bathroom to splash water on her face she woke up after she did this so it was definitely helpful
i have a sleeping disorder myself, usally because i stay up for a reason then become not tired. Usually you have to get yourself back into a normal sleeping pattern.
for example- go to sleep by 10pm and wake up by 7-8am ish.
Try not to go for little naps during the day, for this could cause no sleep at night time.
you could also go to the doctor and try and get some sleeping tablets, they help.
Sleep Walking usually occurs when something is on the sleep walkers mind, or if they need to do something that has been on their mind.
When i first became very ill i needed to take medication every 4 hours, including through the night. When my alarm went off i would take my medication, in my sleep! I sometimes wouldn't take it or forget to take it and needed to be awake, so i used this trick to help me not sleep-take medication. Before you go to sleep (or the sleep walker) think "I'm going to sleep, and I'm going to stay in bed. I'm not sleep walking, I'm staying in my bed" If you say that eventually your brain will get the idea and you will stay in bed at night.
you wake a sleep walker up by not screaming at them but snap your finger and they will wake up
Guide them back to bed and do not attempt to wake them up. Note that people sleepwalk with their eyes open.
stap yourself to your bed
To stop yourself sleep walking. You need to decide when you r going to bed, then half an hour before, you read or do something that doesn't include ; Laptops, tv's and game stations. But if your sleep walking gets to bad visit a local GP. I sleep walk too, I hope I helped you out !
I am afraid there is no cour of stop people who sleep walk as far as i am concerned but you can go to your local GP! I hope this helped you.
Sleep walk is just like sleep talking, except you are walking. When you sleep talk you are walking in your sleep. You do not have the slightest hint that you are sleep walking. For you are in deep sleep.
In people prone to sleep walking, sleep disturbance, including sleep deprivation, can make sleep walking more likely.
Sleep walking is real, trust me ive seen my brother sleep walking before.
