you just curl it however you want you dont need to have curly hair to curl your hair its actually sometimes easier to curl your hair if your hair is straight
People with curly hair can try a variety of styles such as a layered cut, long layers to add volume, or a curly bob. Additionally, they can experiment with different hair care products like curl creams or mousses to enhance their natural curl pattern and reduce frizz. It's best to consult with a professional hairstylist who specializes in curly hair to find the best style for individual hair type.
Perming naturally curly hair could lead to excessive damage, weakened hair strands, and loss of curl pattern. It could result in unpredictable and uneven curls, as well as increased frizz and dryness. It's generally not recommended to perm naturally curly hair since it can cause more harm than benefit.
You can buy curling irons, rollers, foam curlers, or curl-enhancing products like mousse, curl creams, or gels to help make your hair curly. You can also consider getting a perm at a salon for more permanent curls.
Of course! Black natural hair has different curl patterns just as black skin had beautiful shades ranging from cafe au lait to obsidian. Our natural hair can be anything from loose curls, coils the size of a pencil diameter, to a z pattern. The key is coaxing out the pattern and ultimately defining the curl by using the right products. Most black hair textures do not respond well to certain chemicals due to our hair's protein content; specifically alcohols (chemicals with -ol) because they are too drying, petroleum (yeah it is a by product of gasoline) and coats rather than penetrates hair shaft, Sodium lauryl sulfate (sulfates) lathering agent in shampoo also drying, and sili(cones). We need products which have MOISTURE! That's why naturals read conditioner and shampoo bottles we are scanning for those agents! Select products you find online or the many natural hair products popping up in Whole Foods and Target! Our hair needs a thick creamy leave in conditioner (key!!!), an agent to help retain moisture, shea butter, mango butter etc., and a few drops of a natural oil(sweet almond, jojoba, olive, grapeseed) or whatever you like for sheen. Also, try 100% Aloe vera gel for definition and hold if your hair needs it. Our hair is so very versatile, wash n go, coil outs, twist outs, braid outs, flat twists corn rows, flat iron( I dont place heat on my hair but it is an option), pony puffs, curls, or waves!! Experiment, find out what products work best for you. Educate yourself about hair care on youtube, join a natural hair group in your city/town, ask naturals you see on the street, we are happy to help you. Enjoy your journey!

Her hair is naturally curly. She may add a little bit of something to help her curls stay but she doesn't use a curler or anything to create her curl. If you have naturally curly hair then it is easier to where your hair like that but if you have straight hair you might have to curl it with a roller set or a curling iron.
No he doesn't but he does, however, use products to enhance his natural curls.
