First, be aware that it is illegal to deliberately mutilate, damage or alter coins of the realm, moreso for any resulting fraudulent activity like representing the coin as something it is not. I presume that you would like to cut the coin in such a manner that enables you to see both sides of the coin, rather than two semi-circles. You will need somebody with fine cutting tools such as a jeweller or somebody who cuts gem stones.

In British coinage the denominations lower than the 20p coin are the 10p, 5p, 2p, and 1p coins. There was also a half penny coin but this was withdrawn from circulation in 1984.
