Oh, and don't use strips...if you can find it, get ends and pieces, you get thicker chunks that way...I never buy it in strip form anymore.)

Put enough oil or other fat in a pan deep enough to cover the bacon pieces. Heat it on medium heat, add the bacon and stir often until the bacon is brown and crispy. Scoop out the bacon with a strainer or slotted spoon and drain it on paper towels.
