You can't delete completely everything off, as you will need some of the installed software to run the OS. But you can delete the browser history, temporary files, and any added software (using the add/remove programs). You can find the process for your specific laptop by checking the control panel and troubleshooting guides.

Alternative: The magnet trick always work but its STRONGLY NOT recommended as you're almost guaranteed that something else will be damaged in the process. I won't promise that the hard drive will work after being exposed but I'll promise the data will be gone.
