Farmville how do you sell your plants?

If you're a level 7 farmer or higher, the option to sell will appear when you click on any animal, item or tree. There are no returns in Farmville. If you bought something and put it on your property, well it's just not that new anymore, so if you're selling it you're not going to get much for it but I reckon that beats living with a bunch of stuff you just don't need.
If you want to delete an item you should use the Delete tool found in your tool box on the bottom right.
If you want to sell an item you should click on that item and one of the options on the menu will be to sell. You will then need to confirm that you want to sell by clicking on the button on the confirmation popup.

When you harvest your crops in the fields, or your trees, the veggies/fruits are AUTOMATICALLY sold and the coin value is added to your coin total.

It's probably a temporary bug. Try playing again a few hours later and see if it's working normally again.
