Niacin. Avoid the non-flush pills. 2-3 pills per day for three days. Drink LOTS of water. If you don't, you will become dehydrated. You will pee A LOT so, try to stay close to a bathroom. Warning: You're body will feel like it's on fire and your skin will be red! Just like the saying: If it burns, it's working.
If you've never tried Niacin before, start off by taking 2 pills then, on the second and third day take three. Personally, I would not take anymore than 3 a day.
or just use a substituion kit of FAKE IT urine and it will always pass and no risk of failing from drinking too much from dilution ( yes they can tell )
