# How do you dig a deep hole?

The first step towards digging a deep hole starts with a single shovel of dirt. Then another and another and another.... You may need to reinforce the sides and wood is good for that. Also, it is much easier with soft soil so consider soaking it a day or so before. Another way to dig a deep hole it to hope your mouth when you know you should shut up. I have found myself in a few deep holes from dong that.
