At the Jaguar or Mercedes Benz Dealership. The dipstick is a special tool that is only used to check the oil when the transmission is at operating temperature. You could also check with some online dealers or ebay. It is a Mercedes Benz W5A580 722.6 transmission.
Well the only way for you to check it yourself if to use the intrument cluster, and the buttons on the steering wheel. There is no dipstick on your model mercedes. Use the steering wheel buttons to scroll to the mileage screen, then just the arrows to scroll to the check oil level screen, it will wait a min. then check the level. If you just shut off the engine though, it will not check it until the car sits for awhile. Mercedes has a special dipstick that you should be able to purchase for your car.
The number of countries varies based on the disk you get. There are options to get all of Europe; however there are also disks that only contain one to two countries. Check out http://www.comandonline.co.uk/Mercedes-navigation-disks/
