If you're talking about trading black market items, go into the store and click on exchange items. When you're on there, it basically tells you what to do. If you want to put up an item for exchange because there is not one that you want on there already, go on manage my exchange offers. You can make one exchange a week. You can also reserve the trade for a certain member.
