there are a ton of different moves in gymnastics. its almost impossible to name them all. the different apparatus are beam vault floor and bars. there are different moves depending on your level. for example: if you were in level 1 you would be doing forwards and backwards rolls, cartweels, and handtands on floor. if you were in level 2, you would be doing backbends roundoffs and handstand bridges on floor. but as you level up the moves/skills get much harder on every apparatus.

there is no belt needed for gymnastics competitions. Most gyms let their gymnast start competeing at level 3. But rarelyy there is level 1 and 2 availabe
gymnastics has a major effect on your physical fitness. it makes your body very muscly, expecally if you get to a higher level. When you get to team in gymnastics you go to the gym for about 3 1/2 hours 2-6 nights a week, depending on what level your in.

Yes, you do have levels in gymnastics and it goes up to level 10 and then you go onto the advanced levels 1 and 2 and then you could probably be in the Olympics!
You learn how to do cartwheels and handstands properly on floor, handstands and jumps on beam, pullovers and back hip circles on bars, and dive rolls on vault off of a spring board. Basically that's it.
OK, these are the gymnastics levels... Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Optionals + Level 10 would fall into optionals plus. So to the time it would take to get to level 10 is really your choice depending on your dedectation. But for the average person about 5-8 yrs...

It's an anaerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise promotes cardiovascular fitness by raising your pulse to a targeted level, while anaerobic exercise focuses on specific muscles and their size, endurance, and strength. There's not much cardio involved in gymnastics... even in floor routines, which are only 2 minutes long.
they are the level which dont compete then they are team which do compete so you have to be team 2 to compete (there is no team 1)
