Press the left arrow key VERY LIGHTLY. Then RAPIDLY press the right arrow key and you should land on one of the small platforms (if you didn't then you didn't do it right) then again RAPIDLY press the LEFT arrow key this time, then rapidly the right, then very slowly press the left key and keep pressing the left lightly until you get to the bubble.
