If you mean tagging someone in your status, then you have to put @ and then write their name and it should come up on a list. Its pretty easy.
Or if you want to tag them in a picture,
underneath the picture on the right it will say something like 'tag this photo' click on that and then click on the picture, and it will come up with a box. Just type the name is.
