Go up the stairs in the hotel to your room. Walk back down the stairs and leave the hotel
Speak to the family Goon.
Answer = Chicken E was placed 7th.
Get Toy car course 5, "Clean Up" for solving this puzzle.

Look for 3 hint coins, then speak to Barton and Inspector Chelmey,
Walk down and enter a door at the back, find 3 more hint coins by tapping on all the shelves.
Speak to Barton again.

It isn't a real car. It was designed by professor Layton to fit his top hat in and in the lost future Paul (Don Paolo) makes some other adjustments to make it awesome!!!
