when you begin grind on the thing on the right.keep grinding till you get to the center there is a code on the top of the pendulum then enter the pool,the lasers in there will not affect you. then go on the sides without lasers.then you get the last 2. then you will have them all. Once outside, go ahead and trip a laser. You'll be back to were you started. Don't worry. This puts you a little closer to the Colonel. Turn right and jump off the ramp. Land on and skate or grind (or walk) across the tall planter to avoid the lasers. Once on the other side, speed to the wall and Boneless off the Quarter Pipe to the upper bar. Grind it to the left to bypass more lasers. Once you go around the corner of the building, go ahead and hop down. Hop over the flower planter and one more laser to reach the Colonel. He's standing by the big sculpture
