Disney's official corporate font is Times (I know, boring).

The letters used for most signs in the park, including the iconic "Old English" style lettering used on the classic Disneyland sign, are hand-drawn, not created using a "font". There are any number of fonts designed to be similar to these, many of which you can download from one of the free font sites on the web.
