How do you download something to your phone?

this all depends on the phone, and the computer. a reasonably good combination, i.e windows xp and a post 2005 phone, simply connect the phone and computer via the provided usb cable, and without using the software provided (most of it is tosh) select data trasfer/sotrage etc (varies depending on the phone) then using your computer go to My computer>devices with removable storage>phone card (G:\)

Download the content on your computer. After that, transfer the content from your computer to phone by bluetooth, USB or inferred.

When it offers: Down load all things on phone/laptop - click on the ones you want to download.
