Drain radiator at bottom or rear of radiator
Where is the drain for the coolant on the radiator of a 2002 Ford Explorer sport (v6). Thanks.
There is a petcock just below the lower radiator hose.
Remove the drain plug from the bottom of your 2002 Chevy Camaro radiator. Allow the coolant to drain out into a container. When all the coolant is drained out replace the drain plug to its original position. Fill the radiator with new coolant.
On the bottom of the radiator. If there is no drain plug, simply remove the lower radiator hose to drain the coolant from the radiator.
Drain the radiator and dispose of the coolant as its toxic to animals. Remove the top radiator hose, and water inlet. Remove the thermostat from under the inlet and replace it. Reinstall the inlet and top hose then fill the system with new coolant.
Low side of the radiator.
The 2002 Tacoma engine block will have two coolant drain plugs on each side of the block. The coolant drain plugs will be near the front and the rear of the engine block.
To flush the coolant in a 2002 Toyota Echo you will need to drain it first. Flush with fresh water and then refill with coolant and distilled water.
There is a drain plug located on lower left side of radiator directly below radiator cap. Position a collection pan on floor below drain plug. Rotate drain plug counter clockwise until coolant flows freely from radiator.
there is a tap at the bottom of the radiator
The engine oil drain plug on a 2002 Chevy Astro van is located on the passenger side of the undercarriage. The oil pan with the drain plug is actually located behind the front bumper in this area. The drain plug is not at the bottom of the oil pan like most other vehicles.
It is in the bottom of the radiator but sometimes it is easier to remove the lower hose.
