There is a drain plug located on lower left side of radiator directly below radiator cap. Position a collection pan on floor below drain plug. Rotate drain plug counter clockwise until coolant flows freely from radiator.
On the bottom of the radiator. If there is no drain plug, simply remove the lower radiator hose to drain the coolant from the radiator.
Disconnect the lower coolant hose.
the cooling system is a pressurized system with the radiator cap designed to release pressure and expanded coolant into the overflow can. there is a drain however, look at the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side for a wingnut, loosen it and the coolant flows out.
It could be the coolant overflow tank that is leaking.

There are two block drain plugs, one on each side of the block, close to the motor mounts and oil pan.
The 1999 Chevy Astro horn relay switch can be found on the back of the horn. The relay switch will be attached to the horn with two retaining screws.
The PCV valve on a 1999 Astro should be located on top of the valve cover. It plugs in and can be easily replaced.
