there will be a large draintube from the bottom of the oil tank ,slipping through and down the frame with a plug at the end this is a flexable tube im guessing 3/4 " in diam. with a clamp securing the plug. simply disconnect plug and remove filler cap and watch the oil drain.the oil is pumped from the tank to the motor.refill through top filler cap..be-sure to replace drain plug ...I hope this helps

The 2003 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softtail transmission drain plug is on the bottom of the transmission. The drain plug is flush with the bottom of the transmission. You can remove it with a half inch ratchet.
buy a pump and drain tank only, do not run dry if it's fuel injection

There is a 3/8" hose off the back bottom of the oil tank. At the end of the hose there is a plug clamped on. Remove the plug over a drain pan, clamp the plug back in place when drained.

The oil drain plug on a 2001 Harley Davidson Road Glide is located on the bottom of the engine. It allows the coil to be quickly drained during maintenance.
On a 1993 Harley Davidson Low Rider custom, the transmission drain plug is underneath the transmission. The filler plug is on the side of the transmission case.
